Na Mi

With twenty-five years of experience in the United Kingdom, Na Mi has devoted her career to educational innovation, cultural exchange, and strategic partnership.

With vision, integrity, and cross-cultural fluency, she is recognised by international peers as a guiding voice in global education and intercultural collaboration.

She successfully facilitated the partnership between the Abu Dhabi Group’s Manchester City Football Club and the Chinese Ministry of Education, bringing elite youth training programs into provincial school systems across China — a milestone in integrating sports, education, and international brand development.

At Igni Star Education UK, Na Mi is dedicated to opening doors to the world and to new possibilities, helping young people find direction, confidence, and their own inner light.

Na Mi's instrumental role in advancing football development in China extends beyond initial partnerships, as she spearheaded collaborations with national media and educational institutions to cultivate grassroots talent. Through her leadership, elite UK coaches were deployed to schools across 15 provinces, directly impacting over 400,000 children and training more than 3,000 teachers in innovative coaching methods. She also orchestrated high-profile media initiatives, such as the CCTV5 reality show "Who is the King," where selected young players underwent intensive training at Manchester City Football Club, broadcast nationwide to inspire a new generation of football enthusiasts and integrate sports into mainstream cultural dialogue.

Further solidifying her contributions, Na Mi facilitated strategic government alignments and commercial sponsorships that embedded international football expertise into China's revitalization plans. Leading a delegation to secure a tri-party Memorandum of Understanding with the Shenzhen Government and Manchester City, she enabled comprehensive support for professional, youth, and school football programs, including coach training and international tournaments. Her efforts also extended to events like the International Champions Cup gala in Shenzhen and sponsorship deals with companies such as UBTECH Robotics, fostering economic growth and cross-cultural ties while aligning with national directives to promote health, discipline, and global collaboration through sports.
